    Lifting the micra

I am in the process of lifting my micra, I want to just post it here incase anyone wants to do the same.

I am using coil springs from a 350z front and rear.

The rear is installed, I had to postpone the front for now. I plan to do it by january the latest but we will see. I will update as I go.

First step was to find the springs, find the spring mounts and to extend the shock I made shock extenders.

The rear is pretty simple, what you will have to do is lifting the rear off the ground completely remove the shocks, the springs should pretty well fall out at this point. Next step is to remove the upper rubber mount that the micra has if it didnt fall out already and add in the 350z top rubber and springs. lower the car back down and get ready to install the shocks with the extensions.

The fronts I assume will be the same essentially, Remove strut, take apart, reassemble with 350z springs, extende the shock somehow, and remount. As I go I will post pictures.

I have some pictures but i will attach in a couple of days.

In the rear I have about 3" of lift.
The front I plan to be around 2.5" of lift. we will see if the calculations are correct in the near future.
