What did you do to your Micra today?

    Thread starter!

I've got a few projects lining up. Most recent... Solid mounts are curing.

Installed a dash cam that I got for Xmas 1 1/2 years ago. I did not want something with wires hanging down blocking my view so that's why it sat in the box. I placed the camera up high to the right of the rear view mirror (less distracting I believe) & ran the power wire under the headliner trim & A post to the cig lighter going under the dash panels & console.
I may order a kit that allows me to connect directly to an ignition controlled fuse on the drivers side fuse panel that includes the 12-5V converter.
Funny thing is driving with a dash cam makes me nervous because everything I do is recorded, yet I didn't like driving with it off
to charge my cellphone so for now I have dual cig lighter adapter allowing me to do run both.

    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!
