I'm running a 2.5 inch cat back straight pipe. Sounds great, pops a lot and cost me next to nothing to build

So the stock exhaust piping size is only 1" ?
That's right 1"
Actually the entire cat back (everything you see in those two pictures) is manufactured by Cortek and we are a canadian brand made in house in Montreal!! IT is obviously your perogative to buy from whoever you choose, but we have been in the exhaust game for over 10 years, starting with high end custom exhausts, which then led into our Rawtek TDI DPF delete line of products. The same high quality materials and craftsmanship is brought to the Micra exhaust. And as always, Cortek Mufflers are a cut above the rest. Using 304SS, the best packing material you can get (For street mufflers, the Cup exhausts have only SS whool wrap for the extended high temp beatings they take) you can be certain of the quality.
I recently posted in the introduction thread, but I'll post here, as it is much better.
I am Operations Manager at Rawtek Performance Fabrication and Cortek Mufflers. We just started production of a run for Motorsports in Action for the 2017 Micra Cup season.
We would like to make the exhausts available for the general public, so would like to know if there are people interested in getting together a group buy to get a deal on them?

Nice sales pitch, and good to see local manufacturing push themselves for quality, but I rather buy an exhaust(cat-back) from a company that has been around for over 70years now, not 10years...The Micra/March isn't a new car as the market makes it look. It's base chassis was conceived in 2010 in Japan. So that's already about 7 years this chassis exists. It's a good deal, none the less, but I rather get something that was made for the Nismo S version as it's the highest trim available for the K13 Micra/March.

Pn: 20100-RSK30 - sports titanium exhaust .
Mia laughed at me : see attached photo of email.
They claimed the stainless steel axel back muffler was a full cat back when it's not.
They claimed none of the nismo parts I asked about were available ( I asked about them all)
I can order them at any time from japan. I just wanted to see what they would say.
I like my str8 pipe but a cortek "nissan approved" and thus oem approved and this street legal and warranty approved after market upgrade that's made in Canada... That sounds cool.
I have learned again and again that aftermarket exhaust is tricky, and as long as it's manufacturer approved then it's legal, regardless of how loud it is.

Not sure what you're getting to, but yeah those parts #s in reference to the "sports titanium exhaust" exist, and are a Japanese only ad-on for the Nismo S model. Take note, this is an upgrade to the stock Nismo S exhaust, which is stainless steel 2"dia. There are other aftermarket solutions like Fujitsubo and Kakimoto (I will be importing the GTbox 06&S for my car this spring) for the Nismo S trim, which shares the same under-body as the regular K13, hangers etc. These brands stated above, for me in my opinion are top of the line JDM exhaust manufactures, not just a "custom" solution.
There are 2 nismo S cars and 2 nismo and an electric hybrid
The march k13 nismo( hr12ddr ) nismo S ( hr15de ) and the note E12 nismo (hr12ddr) nismo S (hr16de ) and e-power nismo (hr12de)
Body wise nismo and nismo S march k13 is like ours
Engine wise ( and attachments ) it's the nismo S note E12
I love mass produced interchangeable parts
I just don't want ppl thinking the nismo is the same... It's not, the nismo S e12 is.
And the nismo micra cup exhaust is axel back not cat back like the new cortek one or the titanium one you showed .
And like I said before the cup cars clearly aren't using all nismo parts.
It takes too long to replace. That's why they are all on stock struts. ( black not nismo silver )
And now the exhaust is not nismo..
Is there anything nismo left on the cup cars lol.

Hmmm the Nismo S March is a HR15DE...and the "I just don't want ppl thinking the Nismo is the same..." technically speaking it's the same sheet metal, the only thing that makes a Nismo S is the added braces under the sub-frame, near the catalytic converter, the added reinforced brackets in the rear for the torsion beam suspension, also the added Nismo dampers, front sway-bar, (I can confirm that the current Canadian spec uses the same part as the Nismo S, front sway-bar) with still a similar stock ride height to the basic K13 and obviously the fully equipped interior and body kit. The mechanical side is the same, with technically a 0.1L displacement difference since the Nismo S uses a 1.5L instead of a 1.6L..
For added visuals, the following picture fig.3 shows the special reinforcement brackets holding the pivot joints of the torsion beam suspension in the rear

Sheet metal... Then I guess we have the same car a gtr then?!?
There is also .1L displacement difference in the rb25-rb26
The HR15DE is a 1.5 L (1498 cc) straight-4 engine, output is 100 PS (74 kW; 99 hp) @ 6000 rpm and 148 N·m (109 ft·lbf) @ 4000 rpm.
Bore : 78.0 mm (3.07 in) ; Stroke 78.4 mm (3.09 in) ; Capacity : 1498 cc
We have a stroke of 83.4mm ( 5mm ) difference. Which means different con-rods. Different inertia. Probably different head design.
And different output.
If the cranks are the same and the rod is different and the piston is the same then the deck height and head gasket specs must be different or the piston would be 2.5mm below deck at TDC.
But I doubt it's below the deck.
If it was there would be either a super low CR or a tiny virtually 0cc head cylinder combustion chamber.
Yes the clutch from a hr15 works with a hr16 but.
No it's not apples and oranges
But it is royal gala vs Granny Smith.
