I mean, I know it's a cheap car made with cheap components that will fail and need replacement. What gets me is what the dealer charges for these parts. There's no bloody way to justify this part costing nearly $270 on a car that costs $10,000 new.
Plasti-Dip may work, or it may trap moisture and cause corrosion. I guess time will tell. Perhaps we should look into fabricating some sort of block off piece beside the radiator to prevent snow and crap from getting into the engine bay in the first place.
