Yes our SV with some nice options, is listed in Alberta for about 9999.00 with average K's at 45K to 48K
Most are rentals dealers picked up at auction. Some places have low K units for 13K with 7-8K on them.
At least you know rentals, while it could have been abused, had service.

Better yet refine it to gasoline/diesel and push it through your retail channel and make MUCH more! Shell has a refiner here like a few companies that do. Enjoy the day - this would be a different thread if I talk this stuff too much
