In case any of u didnt see my thread. I got hit on sunday evening. First major snowfall in the GTA of the year. GMC Yukon XL was coming from a side street couldnt stop (i thought he was going to) I was just driving along the street when he slid out and slammed right into me as i was going by. I hope they fix my car as my Clause 43 was removed after 24months of ownership.

i dont know how ontario insurance works, but if you are not at fault, are they not supposed to cover your injuries + car damage? tahts how it works in BC
