The official word on when the 2015 Micra will be availble for sale isn't very specific. So far, Nissan is only saying:

...it goes on sale this spring...
But if you read the tea leaves in Nissan's press release, they distinguish between "this spring" for the Micra and "later this spring" for the Juke Nismo (source).

This seems to imply an earlier-than-later timeframe. This is supported by an Autoblog Canada article, which says that the Micra presentation at the Toronto Auto Show...

...hinted at a very quick on-sale date (source)
So, I called my local dealer... but they were none the wiser:

We don't know. It could be sometime soon, up to the end of the year.
However, a call to Ontario's #1 volume Nissan dealer got me a very definitive response:

"APRIL."

"Really? That soon?"

"Yes, April."
So there you go -- some very specific speculation. (If you're willing to believe a friendly, un-named person who spoke to me on the phone from Mississauga... who seemed super stoked that I had called to ask about the Micra, I should add.)
