We're not going to be stuck with the ugly iQ for long: they cancelled it too.

personally, i think small hatches fit urbanites in North america. those kei cars are cute for 5 minutes then their sheer lack of poewr and space become permanently noticeable.

True ... and yet somehow I keep finding myself searching for Honda Beats on a semi-regular basis.

But low power cars don't bother me at all (you've looked at my avatar). I'm content with a power:weight ratio somewhere in the dump truck spectrum.

Well, not all of it is bad. I kind of like the overall design, I just hate the half aquarium look of the glass. It's unbalanced with both sides being different. It just look weird.

I think it would look much cuter if it was both sides identical.

Maybe this would have been better?

And at the other end of the scale, on the ugliness..this is the bottom:

    That second image is hilarious!

And I don't think you will be surprised to find out I think the wraparound aquarium glass is one of the funky things I particularly like about the styling.

I disliked the cube when it came out, but over the years it grew on me. The Micra is just a better fit for me though

I think I could get a lot more yard sale stuff in a Cube.

I love this fantastic Micra. Love the ride. Love the colour. Love the size. Love the light in the hatchback. Love the bluetooth. Love the fact the rear windows go all the way down. Love the headlights that someone took time to aim in the right places. Love the fuel filler being on the drivers side. Love that the fuel filler door locks from inside the car. (No need for key.) Love the stainless steel license bolts put on by dealer.

Yeah, a colleague has one, I find it impressively roomy from the inside. Strange look, but it it's practical, why not? The wife is considering it, should we find one at the right price. I read a few horror stories on it and the CVT.

I checked: there aren't many manuals available. (Which is typical, these days.)

Yeah, I know. Sadly enough I found out the hard way. For new cars though, this means the stealers have them for longer. If you find one with one, you may be able to get it, and get them to play on price. The wife isn't as picky on manual as I am though. She doesn't mind automatic.
