I've bought several "as-is" cars from dealerships in the past few years and they all had that wording in the ads.

One of them didn't even need anything other than a couple of lightbulbs to pass safety inspection. The other needed some brake work (which I knew about).

Buying an as-is car isn't for the faint of heart, but also note the ad says they would be fine with you taking the car to your own mechanic to be inspected. Good option for someone who isn't comfortable going over a used car on their own.

Yeah, that makes complete sense. I have purchased as is vehicles as well. One has to be thorough. Always a surprise or 2. �� Great price at 2K. Worth a look for someone. Bring cash and offer lower = )

Oh my, a 1993 Nissan March (according to the ad). From the pictures it has no tail lights and is a right hand drive car.
