There's a glaring error in the article: the writer describes the Micra's "1.3L" engine. Hmm.

A couple of other errors I noticed:
-XM radio isn't value-adding content in the Spark; instead, it represents an additional monthly expense that most students could do without.
-The spark is not a couple of years behind the Micra. Given the fact that our Micra is simply a refresh of a platform that's four years old, it should actually be a couple of years ahead.
In our culture obsessed with absurd excess, the Nissan Micra is my counterculture car of choice.
