Do we have the same 5MT as the E12 Note?

Hey all. Hope this sub still has a bit of activity going on.

It's time for a clutch soon.

Can't Google up anything for a Micra, and searching under hr16de brings up very limited results.

Are all E12 years of the versa equipped with the same clutch/flywheel/slave etc? Because that is the only way I can get any results to show up.

Fairly easy swap? Anybody have a clutch to recommend?

i think the slave is INSIDE the bellhousig on the shaft,how do you even bleed that? I'd be interested in your journey,i willl be me in a few years...how many kms u got? the stock clutch feels like a piece of rubber from day one off the dealer floor for me, its too easy to press!! maybe i wont say that when im much much older.

my advice would be to change the "concentric slave cylinder" because if it starts to leak i think it requires trans removal again to replace....id buy a shiny new one from dealer

The last time I looked into this the MTX clutch components in the Versa Note are identical to the Micra. I confirmed this with my local Nissan dealer who confirmed all part numbers were indeed the same.
