Micra in limp mode after Transmission replacement

Hey all. I just replaced an automatic transmission in a Nissan Micra. Everything was done properly. After I started the car I noticed the check engine light was on and the car was in limp mode. I checked the dtcs and they were not related to transmission at all. O2 sensor and EGR codesso I erased the codes. The codes all came back and the car is still in limp mode. Does the TCM has to be reprogrammed at the dealer and this could be the issue? Thanks

    do we have EGR?

did a wire get pinched ?

    what were the exact codes?

can you get freeze frame data when it throws the codes?

that is ODD, cant see why it would do that unless wire pinched, something not plugged back in, smashed sensor...looks ok but took a hit?

what is"limp mode"....this is a tiny car, it doesnt go that fast just FYI

    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!
