2015 Micra Chattering Noise on Driver Side

Just started last week. Car has been driving great for awhile this noise just started.
Car has had transmission fluid, wheel bearings, driver side axel, shocks, struts, tires and alignment all done a few months ago. Been driving great for a long time.

Chattering noise on acceleration from 1000 to 2000 RPM

Sounds like a grinding or chatter gear ⚙️? Have ripped most of the heat shields off the car and one up front around mainifold is still intact.

No vibrations, sliping or trouble shifting…
Stumped 🤔
Hoping someone has encountered this before..
