I’ll get a pic of the rim size and post it up here.

Is there anything regarding the offset? It may be stamped in there as ET### or look for a number stamped in there that's between like +35 and +55

If you go on https://car-part.com/ and plug in the various info required......you can get a whole list of used Micra OEM 16-inch alloy wheels that are available cross country. The sixteen-inch alloy wheels are very easy to come by, the fifteen-inch alloy wheels....not so much.
They also have listings for used aftermarket alloy wheels that will fit your Micra.

The prices are very fair, and cheaper than if you bought new after market alloy wheels, and much cheaper than if you tried to order OEM alloy wheels......(difficult to do, but not impossible)....

OK, so the width and offset of those wheels will push them outwards quite a bit. It shouldn't be too much of an issue though. I'm on 16x7j with +40 offset, and it's a pretty aggressive fitment, but it works. Your 6.5j +38 setup should be a few mm inboard of what I have, so it should fit nicely.

I have been running a set of Fast Aventure wheels close to the SR OEM size. No hub rings or anything necessary. Offset is a little more than I wanted but I love them now. Found a set of OEM Nissan center caps to finish them off. I ordered from Canadawheels.ca

I put a set of pilot sport A/S 3s on them which ended up costing 200$ more than the wheels!

Does upgrading to 16-inch alloy rims improve the driving experience? I am using 15-inch steel rims, not sure if buying used Micra 16-inch alloy will improve driving.

When you say it's a pretty aggressive fitment, what do you mean? do you have any picture ? I am looking to buy the Fast Orbit which are 16, 7'' wide and +40 offset, looks like the same as yours.
