    SAE-0W20 Recommendation

After having an issue with a Nissan dealership I will no longer go there to get oil changes done. A local oil/lube joint has the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum full synthetic SAE-0W-20 at a good price. Would this be a good substitute for Nissan oil for my 2019 Micra?

    Check the manual recommendations.

I exclusively use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum in my vehicles. The Manual calls for SAE 0W20 so as long as you see that on the bottle it's good to use. However more specifically to the question of synthetic you can use synthetic or conventional oil in your motor with no problems.
On a side note if you have a vehicle with over 120,000 km I would throw in my personal recommendation of buying the Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage (it's a silver and red label) it helps condition the internal seals that have been there since the factory.
