Hello everyone that has run in to the same problem my parents car did. Either the blower motor makes a ton of noise or has failed completely.........what do you do afterwards? how do you fix it?

I had the exact same problem. Our blower motor started making a ton of noise internally and no way to fix it, but how do you replace it when you cannot find ant parts for it? I started searching wrecking yards for used ones and they wanted over $150! a lot for a second hand part. What was nice was that I found the part number and when searched on Rock auto that part number is compatible with the Versa note! Shipped to the house was under $65 and came in only a couple days!
Here is a link to the one I had purchased; https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...sn=859&jsn=859

I forgot to take pictures or video anything during the process, but it took me under an hour. I did manage to find as video for any one needing help from a dude that did it on a Sentra(same process)
Basically disconnect the battery, remove steering column and then the pedal assembly which gives you access to the blower motor assembly.

Hope this helps!
