    Where to purchase Lowering Coils?

    Hey Everyone,

I've been searching through the forums dn want to buy some lowering coils for my 2015. I have looked at the RS-R & others but struggling to find where to order? Any recommendations or anyone have any used ones. The lower the better 👍😁

    Thanks for you time

I bought my Eibach lowering springs from a website called Croooober. They are a collection of shops and garages in Japan that carry used and new car parts. They offer worldwide shipping, but keep in mind shipping can be pricey.

There are other websites that import parts from Japan as well. I was eyeing the TEIN coilovers and different lowering springs on websites like RHDJapan and Blackhawk Japan.

FYI, I just had coilovers installed today so I am selling my used Eibach lowering springs.

    Hope this helps.

You're welcome! The springs dropped my car around 1-1.5 inches in the front and about a half inch in the rear. I did buy them used off of Croooober. I would be looking for $100 for the springs.

If I were to lower my car again from square one, I would have just gotten coilovers from the start. It is more expensive for coilovers based on the initial costs, but I much prefer being able to customize the ride height over a set drop from the springs only. Additionally, you can get the car much lower with coilovers than lowering springs.

In my case, the cost for installation was about the same for lowerings springs and coilovers. I think on average, it would be less expensive and less time to install coilovers since its a straight swap with the stock struts and springs. Whereas with lowering springs, the assembly has to be compressed in order to remove and swap the spring.
