Question: With the Micra discontinued in Canada as of the 2019 model year, what will happen to the Coupe Micra Cup racing series?

Answer: "Nissan Sentra Cup".

But it looks like existing race-prepped Micras will be competing in their own class for a while longer. They will race concurrently (same track, same start) alongside the Sentra class.

The Micra Cup cars (henceforth to be called Class Micra) will share the grid, starting races behind the Sentra Cup cars. For each race, there will be the usual Top Three podium finishes for each class as well as for top rookie and top senior. At the end of the season, there will be one champion for the Sentra Cup, and one for the Class Micra.
And...

...at least 15 new Sentras will be joining some 20 old-school Micras at Bowmanville, Ontario’s Canadian Tire Motorsport Park’s opener in May, it’s shaping up to be the biggest grid in the Cup’s history.
Really, that's going to make it more exciting than ever. Lots more passing/lapping.
