No AC in my Micra - any way to add it?

    Hello again everyone.
In 2018 I made the gigantic mistake of purchasing the AC-less Micra: Micra S 2017 Manual.

The dealer told me AC cannot be added.
Is there any workaround that you know? Maybe to add when the warranty is expired.

    Thank you so much.

No., you'd be insane to try, buy some shorts, you'll be fine
    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!

    1) Beaded seat cover. I swear by 'em.

    2) Search google for "liquid cooled shirt".

LOL i guess METRO has useful advice, unlike mine, but can you even BUY a beaded seat cover anymore. you need an 8 track head unit too!

ahahaha I didn't even know what the 8 track head unit was lol

Indeed, the very first picture that came in my mind as soon as I read "beaded seat cover" was my dear (and sadly defunct) uncle's red Fiat 127, circa 1989!

(The picture is just a sample)

Ha! Well, my beads are about 20 years old... Crappy Tire impulse buy, coincidentally when I was visiting Toronto and it was stupid hot.

They don't lower the temperature, but they avoid sweating/sticking to your seat thanks to that little air gap.

    Ahahah the coincidence is great!

Well, an anti-gravity seat might be even better! Maybe that can be installed in my Micra...

Theres always the "red neck" solution:

You might have to knock out your rear window though
