... I have no need to but... you could totally put a pc liquid cooling radiator with case fans under a seat, they're 12V and come with the pump and everything, just swap the hose barbs and add the extra lines / coolant, and wire your seat for liquid cooling.

Is there any workaround that you know? Maybe to add when the warranty is expired.

    Thank you so much.
im going to add ac to mine in the spring 2019 s so its the same car. if you look around your alternator you will find the wire for the compressor, inside the fuse box the fuse is already there. its somewhat of a long process, you have to replace the belt and everything, ill be pulling all the parts out of a car at the scrap yard and transfering to mine including the hvac controls. i dont know for sure that all the wiring is there, im hoping it is otherwise ill have to add it in, the condensor will be the most difficult part, but ive found that there are 4 screws that hold the bottom of the fan housing on so im thinking i might be able to slide it in from the side with that lowered and then connect the hoses and put them through the firewall, all the holes are there, i believe all the wirring is, just a matter of putting the pieces in so ill have to make a post about it when i get to do it but this car is getting ac easy or not.

all of a sudden AZMODON's idea(the genius he is) makes waaay more sense!!!the wave of the future is AC seats
    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!

you could do that but youd have to drill holes in the foam, i had the seats apart when i installed my heated seats and the foam is not very porous at all, so if you were to install a fan like that youd need a lot of little holes in it back and bottom foam.

yes that is probaby true, the "wave of the future" is air blown through the seats....peltier junction..heated seats in reverse?

No I mean mounting the radiator in the space under the seat, it could span the seats mounting rails as they're only 10-14 inches long, 5-6 inches wide, 2-3 inches thick including fans. No foam anywhere near the radiator or the fans. It chills the liquid, that liquid gets pumped through tubing... you could have one of those fabric seat covers and like an astronauts space suit just have thin tough piping stitched to it.

Put the seat cover on, have quick disconnects routed to the mid-anchor (between seat and seat back), plug the two lines in to the radiator that's under the seat and like an amplifier just have it hooked to switched power, they only pull like 10watts, fans are like 1-2watts each, so ~1 amp draw. Zero drilling or modification of the seat cushion or fabric.

I knew this couldn't be a novel idea lol, but it could certainly be done in a less diy way

    winters coming...ur good! (roll eyes)...lol

holy cow i just saw azmadons idea...its GENUIIUS...did u make thay pic your self? Its VERY impressive!!..and beaded!!!!....thinking amp draw could be more..usally heating ...or cooling?..is very power hungry...some computers liquid cooled?...like u said...i just read.....its odd car manufacturers dont seem to be going that route...it seems air blown through hollowed foam is their answer...i guess cheaper $$$$ rules

this is METROS 2020 update...thats HILARIOUS!!!!
