    Chevy Sonic is history

    As reported https://www.autoweek.com/news/indust...sonic-is-dead/
So the small cars are dwindling.

    Yeah, they sure are.

Just found out the Toyota Yaris is toast too.

Most small hatchback cars are being replaced by considerably more expensive entry-level CUV's/crossovers.

Although supposedly the Micra's replacement is going to be the re-designed Versa sedan. There's no way it will have a $10k base model starting price though!

    Yes Sir Metro,
I saw that Toyota killed it in the USA lineup. "Model-year 2020 will be the last year for Yaris. June 2020 will be the last month of production for the Yaris sedan and Yaris hatchback for the U.S. They will continue to be on sale through the summer and into the fall depending on sell down." No word on Canada so far. I can't see them bringing them in in such small numbers in Canada or they will trickle the inventory down in our market. In 2019, Yaris sales fell 19.5% to 27,210 in the USA.
So they are no longer made for USA.
