didnt know that product "existed"may make it a " long shifter," not a "short shifter" probably can find a shifter knob that accommodates the M12 hole that one accommodates ?.....ie you probably don't need this product TBH
    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!

Just thread the stock shaft to Nissan spec with a tap and die set. Canadian Tire even sells the kits/handles (frequently on sale). I believe I ordered the correct thread pitch from Amazon though.

Then you can install any OEM or aftermarket shift knob from Nissan, Infiniti, Mazda, Mitsubishi.
You'll likely trash your factory knob taking it off the knurled shift rod.

Just a followup to this post. I ended up ordering that adapter and worked out pretty well for a cheap mod.

I put nismo one, it fits very nicely. You dint see any gaps between your shift knob and boot.
