    HR16DE GDI?

Are the injectors in the combustion chamber or before the intake valves?

They have two injectors per cylinder, both port and direct injection. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nissan_engines

After looking at the link I posted again I think the D represents DOHC and the E represents port injection. So the fuel would be injected before the valve. There are two injectors per cylinder though, one at each intake valve.

Dual port injection. It's one of the reasons why I went with the Micra.

    Cheap + manual transmission
Port injection (no carbon buildup issues)
    Naturally aspirated
    Chain driven
    DOHC
CVVTCS (Nissan's full variable valve timing)

the micra IS NOT Direct injection GDI...so carbon buildup wont be a problem...better than a horse!(the horse could get clogged arteries or bronchitis)

    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!
