No, not yet. Haven't had time to take it in yet. I actually wouldn't mind taking another stab at the steering wheel control module if someone knew of where I could find more descriptive instructions on how to hook it up. Surprisingly the flashing airbag light isn't bothering me as much as I thought it would lol

Dealership says: that if the wiring is correct, and there is no problems, the light will stop showing up after 200~ start/stop cycles

I have left my hazard and passenger air bag light disconnected while still using the car, while working on the stereo, without issue.

The only time I had an issue is when I plugged the passenger airbag light in WHILE the key was "ON".

plugging and unplugging these with the key "OFF" never caused and issue, nor did having them disconnected prior to turning the key "ON"

off topic, but some extra airbag light knowledge none the less

    i doubt that is true.

So the dealer is willing to gamble with your life for the next 200 cycles?

when my passenger seat occupant harness disconnected the airbag light came on. When i plugged it back in the light went off.

my understanding is it self tests every time.

Plugging in the passenger airbag indicator light, above the hazard button in my 2015 SV, while the key is "ON" causes the airbag computer to see an "intermittent" circuit issue, and thus throws a "something happened at some point for some reason" flag.

So the each self test when you start the car checks everything and, in my case, everything was fine, and it doesn't flash the airbag light, in the instrument cluster, it just stays lit yellow. It stays lit solid yellow for 200~ starts/stop cycles to indicate that you should go to the dealership for a cashectomy.

this is similar to the OBD codes, certain codes will throw the "something, somewhere, some reason" flag just to "aid in tracking intermittent problems"

after X amount of start/stop cycles, without any codes/problems, the OBD will clear the "something, somewhere, some reason" flag
