Yes you are looking for that lock nut

The picture below shows you the inner tie rod and at the end of it is where the outer tie rod would be. I should be doing this as well but I don't have the tool to do my toe out yet

if you cant find the nut on the tie rod you probably shouldn't be doing an alignment.....big question WHY is the alignment so far out?....DID you bend something your not telling us about?...lol

HOW are you going to do an alignement?
    2015 Micra S (manual)
    no A/C /no power options/ block heater/4x 2 Ohm speakers...all factory stock in 2015
    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016
so receipt says $8,399....+1600 .... so they look good i guess...for a brand new car!

Take a wheel off, on the hub towards the rear of the car you'll find the outer tie rod. The stub threaded in to it has the jam nut - loosen the jam nut. The inner tie rod has hex flats - twist the inner clockwise (toe in) - measure from known points of the mounted tires until toed in by ~1/8" from front to rear, rinse / repeat until steering wheel is straight.
