Installed the top grill condenser protector today, finally! Posted in that thread.
Used the 'chemical' sprayer to rinse the car, posted in car washes, both photo's courtesy of daughters phone, my camera thinks it's Monday and isn't working, lol

    Awaiting:
decal: slowasf*ck, not sure if I'll copy Johnuk's placement or put it on the top so riders on a bus beside me can have a laugh, blue vent rings, nismo front grill badge (can't wait for that)

Next warm day: rear mud guards, hood deflector (by my son the modifier) lol, and, ugh, I'll attempt the bottom grill with LONGER zip ties!

I am planning on taking the puredrive badge off too, was it very difficult? I was going to hit it with the heat gun.

sirfudg I read here that someone used dental floss. It was easy to get behind the logo and I 'sawed' it gently while gently pulling gently away from the car. It came off easily. Goo-gone afterwards to remove the leftover adhesive. I even used the edge of a credit card for the thick glue. Very easy!

Yet another great tip from this site's members! Everyone yesterday said, 'how did you think of doing the mesh', as they passed me outside; I said, the great guys on this site and their photo's. Thumbs up to all here!

damn you are having lots of fun for someone that didn't like the Micra to start with.

Is the hood deflector even worth it?, i have yet seen 1 Micra with the deflector on the street.

You're welcome sirudg. It really was so easy!

micra2080, You're right, I was not happy at first, comparing fiddly things from my Corolla to the Micra, but the main complaint was it being delivered with 'blemishes' and a dent, then regrets not getting the SV, debating the color as white and blue look nice! BUT, being here, seeing all the fun things and knowledge of members turned all that around.

As for the hood deflector, I've not seen any 'in the wild', but L1ghtninchris here has one. Nissan Manager gave me a $250. credit for the marks, and I used that to buy 'treats' (chrome exhaust tip), and functional items - mud guards and deflector. I wanted to use as much of that credit for things I could see on the car to make up for the marks. Aside from those 3 items, there wasn't much else I wanted OEM, except skirts but those alone I'd add more of my $ and when the parts guy said "your total is $238." I happily said: "take it off my credit from your manager" and walked away smiling! Nismomania!

This decal gave me issues! I trimmed off some parts and it ended up here instead. I ordered a better one for the back windshield....love my decals! Love the Original Fast 'n' Furious!
