    My Micra got Krownd

Just brought in my car to Krownd today to get all ready for winter, since I'll be keeping my lil race car for a while it needed nothing but the best , but I gotta say I'm totally in the wrong business my car was literally in there for 8 mins and $135 later...

Did they do the full treatment -- inside the doors, rockers, etc? 8 minutes is crazy fast.

Did they have to drill any access holes? I don't mind the holes as long as the plugs are greased.

3 of them! So it was closer to a half hour 1-person job. That makes more sense.

It just makes sense, no need to worry while we're rallying away in the winter

If it's done by the dealer they will honor the warranty, if they find you went elsewhere and had holes drilled they can deny you. When i turned down that option because my shop does the rubberized undercoating I was warned that if they drill any holes to do so my warranty would be void.

Keep in mind however that warranty work is mostly at the discretion of the dealer If they think you are a good customer who will come back again to spend money, they will overlook most things and get you on your way. If you rub them the wrong way and become any sort of inconvenience for them, this is exactly the sort of thing they would use to make you go away. Also even if the dealership agrees to do the warranty claim, there is the chance it can still be voided, since they will have to provide documentation of the job to Nissan Canada for approval, for example pictures of the problem. If the pictures show something like an extra hole that's not supposed to be there, Nissan Canada will refuse the claim.

When I worked for a dealer I sometimes would have to remove aftermarket parts put on by the customer before I took pictures for the manufacturer, just so there would be no issues with the warranty process.
