    Micra 3rd quarter sales

1,239 Micras sold from July through Sept, or 279 on average per month.

That's a 25% decrease from the same period last year.

By comparison, Nissan sales overall: 14.5 per cent decrease.

What's funny: Nissan still shows the "2019" Micra on its web site... I wonder how many more they have left.

Sparks continue to fly off the lots: 548 sales per month in Q3.

    Micra Q4 sales & 2020 total

    Q4:

155 Micras sold from Oct through Dec, or 52 on average per month.

They're running out of stock! That's a 89% decrease from the same period last year.

By comparison, Nissan sales overall for the quarter: 22.5 per cent decrease.

Sparks continue to fly off the lots: 489 sales per month in Q4.

    2020 Total:

    3277 Micras sold vs. 6361 in 2019, a 48.5% decrease.

Nissan sales overall for the year: 33.2 per cent. Thanks, COVID!

RIP: Nissan has finally removed the 2019 Micra from its sales web site. It's now in
    the discontinued models section.

RIP Nissan Micra/March. So many small cars are vanishing from offerings in North America. Even the Golf (outside of performance models) are toast.
It is far more environmentally smart to buy a small car (preferred is keep and maintain your existing car).
    Cheers and take care.

Let me disagree with statement that small cars are environmentally friendly. That actually has nothing to do with the size of the car. The only thing that matters is technology thats used. Micra has old design almost no improvements on environment side. No start stop, no cvt (im not a fan of cvt but thats more environmentally friendly), no aerodynamics (more drag), still uses otto cycle vs atkinson/otto combination, no gdi, compression ratio very low compared to new designs, frequent oil changes as per manual vs other brands whose maintanance period is 1.5-2x less frequent. And having small tank doesnt necessarily mean it uses less gas.

I can count many pros of micra too compared to mid sized cars but environmental friendliness wont be in the list.

Why do you own a Micra if it is an environmental catastrophe? I don't get it.
