Is it possible to decode Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) without using a scan tool when the check engine light is not illuminated? If so, what alternative methods or techniques can be employed to retrieve these codes?

She looks fine indeed! Did you notice a weight / performance difference with the change? Remind me, were you on stock 15" before?

i still have the stock 15 steel wheels and tires with 100 kms on them...and 9 years.....usally run 40 series 205 16 (snows) 17" summer. ...its a twitchy car at speed and twitchier with wide , low profile tires i find, but i cant really compare it to its self....im a little twitchy myself.....so it works out ??...lol....main thing is...it doesnt look half bad i think!....slightly lowered would look better...maybe just the front?

I paid something like 11$ for it back in the day off of AliExpress. Came unpainted & painted it semi-gloss black with a crinkle coating to match my door handles.
