    Dearest Winter,

I embrace you as much as the next person.

I once even counted the amount of outdoor equipment I own that lets me partake in your wonder. (Skis, snowboard, skates, snowshoes...) It's possibly more numerous than the summer playstuff.

But can't we move on? I'm ready to move on. You have to let go. Please let go.

    LetgoletgoletgoletgoLETGO!!!!

PS: my sincerest apologies to anyone else experiencing this last (??) winter blast. I probably caused it by taking my snow tires off this weekend. In shorts weather.

what are the odds? I would guess most people have switched out of their winter tires already.

Wow, Toronto is still snowing. Vancouver's weather is great and I turn on my air conditioner.

24 hours later, I'm happy to report all the snow is gone (again).

Hopefully we don't see any more for 7 or 8 months!

We now return to your regularly scheduled season...

PS: welcome to the forum, Wark. Got a Micra? Feel free to say hello in the introductions subforum.

It's happening here too 10 mins after having my summer semi slick tyres fitted it snowed and hailed. Haha and I thought it was my fault?

I would expect it on April 1, not at the end of the month.

It's that stuff you guys get once a year that leads to a thousand fender benders.

I took my snow tires off three weeks ago when the snow melted and the weather turned nice. After that, I had to deal with more winter weather than I did for all of winter! Sure made e-brake drifting a whole lot more fun, but I had to take it more slow on the highways than I usually like.

In our culture obsessed with absurd excess, the Nissan Micra is my counterculture car of choice.
