Hello! Meg here with my black Micra S.

Hey guys,

I've been a bit of a lurker around the Nissan forums for the past year when I first bought my Micra S (April 2015) and started participating in autocross. I'm now entering my second season, and I'm starting to go into modifications and aftermarket parts.

The car worlds still pretty new to me, so I'm sure I'll ask lots of stupid questions and hope you'll enjoy my journey as much as I do.

Would LOVE to see some of your cars, hear suggestions and share experiences.

Is anyone else out there using their Micra for auto sports?

I have thought about getting into auto sports, there is just not enough in Manitoba. or the word is not out yet.

just make sure you get apropriate insurance when you auto X

and

if anyone takes photos.....tell them to black out your plate or something.

Hi Meg, I am curious if you are using a roll cage? I am thinking of taking TinTint to the track and see how she behaves with 17inch shoes but I am a little nervous as these cars appear to tip over when pushed beyond normal road driving. Are you running with stock wheels / tires?

BTW, there are no stupid questions.... this is a pretty friendly forum from what I have seen so far.

I think running a lower profile tire will help you out in the corner as you wont get the side wall roll that you do with the 15's and a bigger side wall. I want to go to a 17 or 18 eventually.
