Does it even work? If these things are that great, shouldn't all cars come with it by default and not being sold on ebay for 15$ ?

Usually there is just enough electronics in these things to light up some LEDs

^ I second what PTBO is saying. And the only one Ive ever seen actually do something all it did was screw with the MAF sensor. Dyno saw 0% improvement.
