I am starting to worry that with all the modifications we did.. would dealership tell me that my extended warranty is voided...
I suspect that Big White has the engine rattle issue at low speed. So eventually i will have to bring it back for check ups..

Just be as friendly as you can about it try and do it while your car is in for service where you purchase some extras like wipers or new plugs. If they think your a good customer who is willing to come back and spend money they may overlook your modifications. At least that has been my experience with dealerships.

What engine/exhaust/wheel mods have you done? I'm not skilled to do engine mods, and I'm sure the condenser coil screen won't affect warranty. good question though!

Yeah as above really. I've had no trouble from the dealers I used. Also if they do refuse to do warranty do to modifications the law is (at least here in UK but probably everywhere) that they must prove beyond doubt that said modification has directly caused that problem. So say like you've changed the wheels for aftermarket ones and go in with an engine noise, they have no chance they must do the work. But if you had put a k&n air filter on they may be able to have a go. But would still be very very hard for them to prove and probably not worth the hassle. On the other hand if you had put re-profiled high lift cams or something in you'd be screwed.
