Hi new here I'm John from Halifax (England) you guys seem to have a lot more going on with the k13 than we do over here so thought I would take a look. What I have seen is you guys have side skirts for the facelift k13 think you call it the SR trim? We can't get these. I want some badly do they ever come up on Canadian eBay or anywhere?

cheers guys! I still have a little too much arch gap for my taste but don't wanna go any lower when on 15's, not the best roads here in Yorkshire. Yeah its a little cheapo Nismo badge on the grille just brightens up the front end a bit. I really wanted a Nismo micra but they wont bring them over here.

What Engines do you lot get on offer in the micra over there then?

The only engine available on the Canadian market is the 1.6L HR16DE (109HP). This is for every trim (S, SV, and SR).

Ah OK we only have the 1.2 n/a and the 1.2 supercharged which I have. 1.6 sounds interesting

Aye, while that is true, you guys have some options on your micras that we cant have. For example you guys can get:

TouchScreen Satnav
Tire pressure monitoring
3rd rear seat headrest
LED tail lamps
Rain sensing wipers
Rear parking sensors
Electric folding mirrors
Automatic climate control
Glass roof
Intillegent key
auto headlights

Of course this is without saying the top of line Micra in uk, the techna, but just having those bits available to us would be nice. And sure the 1.2 is only 59kW our 1.6 is 81kw, so its a good shot in the arm. And we have block heaters, sway bars, and some other bits. I could see a lovely little parts market emerging, us stealing spares from you guys..

I think too.. Depending on the exchange you guys pay a higher price for your base model then us.. Your Micra Manual base models are about 8000 pounds, where out base model is around 5300 pounds to buy.

Ironic tho, we havent wrote off enough of these SR's to have them on ebay, but a fella here did order a set from nissan;
