It looks worse than you described. The towing company really did a lot of damage.

no.. i don't want it.. i have no where to put it.. i just told the dealership to keep it so the insurance inspector can go see the dammage..
That is so wrong. Man if that car was not so new I would say drive it and look to the wrecker for a pristine bumper skin as recent history has shown that the micra/march is prone to getting rear ended as four members on here alone got rear ended in Dec. two of us severely. I don't know if you are into mods and making your car unique at all but I think a march active bumperskin or a wickerbill install and custom lower grill could be had for a lot less than that is going to cost someone. Insurance in Quebec might be better than here but if you make a claim here it seems they seem to get you one way or another. Your car being so low km's you don't have much option other than go through insurance to get that brand new look back. Really is a shame though maybe the insurance will go after the towing company?
Yes, the insurance is going after the towing company.. hopefully they get something and my premium doesn't go up.. I have less than 300 km... on my car... this is why i m so pissed off..
