What's the longest trip you've taken in your Micra "city car"

(Photo from callmemister's camping trip thread)

I laugh when some car reviewers call the Micra a "city car" as if the owners tremble at the thought of driving past the city limits. I've taken my little Firefly half way across the country and back, and it was fine. Of course, the Micra is even better -- comfortable enough that I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a long trip.

And I'm not the only one!

We've had a few members taking their cars on road trip adventures, like callmemister:

-- 2500 km roadtrip. Micra Camper mode

Also palourde77 recently took his into the wilderness:

    -- off road micra

And I remember that Anonymous drove his from Ontario to the east coast and back.

What about you? Any Micra road trips?

How was it? Any thoughts to share?

I drove my skyline back from bc to ontario.
Im just itching at the opportunity to go coast to coast in this.
I might take advantage when in quebec, and head to the coast. We will see.

Montréal - Sacré-Coeur (Near Tadoussac) and back. 984 kms of sheer joy! Really satisfied about comfort, road handling and stereo system with USB. Also, I've brought back a mountain bike on my roof rack from Quebec city to Montreal, and it went really good, no wind problems, no major difference in fuel consumption either. This car is really the best value for the buck. And, no knocks in the engine yet (3700 kms on the clock)

Took mine to the catskills in february for a winter camp/meditation retreat. Almost 2000 km. Was really good in the hills in the winter, did not feel unsure about it all!

15 Hours. Went from Trenton, Ontario, to Truro, Nova Scotia. 15 hours one way, non-stop. Except gas and refreshments. 1540km ish.
