    Nissan Dealer Problems.

    So I recently bought a Nissan Micra. The first payment was taken out of my account on Tuesday. Turns out they took out two payments. Nissan literally just took money from me.. no warning.. no nothing. They simply took two payments of $147.79 from my bank account when they were only supposed to take one.
    I went into the dealership and they gave me the go around.. bull**** story. They can't do anything there, they gave me a number to call. I called and they claimed it never happened but I have the bank records to prove it.
    I don't know what to do now. They will not do anything about it and they literally just robbed me.
    Help????

    thats terrible. i long for the day when dealers are made more and more obsolete (hopefully tesla will help us in that area).

    have you tried customer service from Nissan canada website?
