    Has anyome changed out their shift knob yet?
    Looking to do mine soon. Having thr hardest time removing the sr manual shift knob. I would assume its the same as the other trim levels?

    Shift knob wont come off. Any tips?

    Its pressure fit so it hard to come off. Curse them for building a tough cheap ar eh? Lol
    Id think that a heat gun would help.
    Tho the standard method seems to be saw off and re-thread.

    just twist the knob hard and it will come off, mine is getting a white nismo ebay knock off...the shifter kinda feels weird though..might cut id down an inch or 2 before I tap the threads.

    ok, will do. I'm a licensed tech and worked for Nissan for 5 years so if anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer them.
