Nice. Thanks for the update.
How does it feel? I'm far from a suspension expert, but have read tht sometimes a spring upgrade means the stabilizer bars may not even be needed if they're stiff.

Did you happen to see the Micra Cup car at the auto show? It would have been useful to measure ride height. I still think it's lower than stock (just from the photos).
Yes, that's what he meant: for comparing changes in ride height.

Great to hear! And that is a most excellent looking Micra.
The steelies give it a nice, retro economy car feel, but the size & stance is modern.
Salt flats Micra???

Yessir!
Hmm. Check the line between the wheel centers compared against the bottom edge of the doors:

Some of that might be from camera angle, but I don't think it can account for all of the...
You don't think it looks lowered? (Those are 15's on it, but I'm not sure of the aspect ratio since the slick size is 190/580-15.)

Aha! Very problem-solvy!
I know someone who speaks/reads Japanese. Want me to ask him for info about the Nismo pdf?
"NISMO S-Tune Suspension Kit"

Ah, I see.
How will the bracket resist vertical movement? (I assume you're thinking of a sleeve/collar over the strut cylinder.)
Need Nissan to hurry up with that March NISMO.
A little welding perhaps? Looking forward to your solution.
I'd be tempted to try the kit with the front sway bar deleted. They're stiffer than stock, no?
Nice.
What are you going to do with your non-adjustable fleabay springs? Might be able to find a taker here in the forum.
(Wait... do we even have a for sale section? Yup! We do: For Sale...
Aftica, thanks for the update. I had actually missed your post last month with the before/after photos & installation details.
So when you say "hit really hard", are you talking bump stops?
Nothing specific to report from Nissan Canada:
They said they just ordered a "generic brand from an online auction site". So... they got something from eBay, I suppose.
So, someone gets to be...
PS: still waiting to hear back from Nissan Canada about what company they used for the springs on the red show car.
Odd. Were you signed in when you checked it? It may not show the image to non-signed in members.
Update: I just signed out and double-checked. The image wasn't there for me after I logged out.
The one in post #10 in that thread?
Yeah, that one's hard to get a photo since the bar runs above the front end subassembly.
Micra's anti-roll bars:

Ha - sorry. Good thing I didn't mention torching the springs too!
I haven't done either method myself... actually have never lowered any of my cars, though it's in the cards eventually for my...
400k kms on an S10 = impressive. Congrats.
The following will be blatant, hair-pulling sacrilege to a hard-core suspension tuner, and it may not even be possible on the Micra, but...

Hey John -
"Ten Grand Tin Can" - :D So you're going to be part of "the 4%" are you? (Apparently that's the proportion of base models the company is bringing to Canada.)
I don't know if you...
