Actually no, the car you see in the video is running a completely stock HR15DE w/ stock air box, however the HR15DE stock is slightly tuned ECU wise.

If you're referring to the Autech made stock cat-back that comes with the Nismo S (HR15DE) March in Japan than there is a significant sound difference as it's a bigger diameter pipe tuned by them....
