Would these K13 Springs on eBay work for the Canadian Micra? Or would the added weight from the four cylinders and extra safety gear cause the Canadian Micra to scrape the ground when using them?

I dont' know squat about mechanics, but would the front sway bar or integrated rear sway bar interfere have caused a change in the suspension coils of the Micra? I thought the sway bars were the...
