My 2017 is doing the exact same thing. I mentioned it to the dealer on my 16000km oil change. They told me to keep an eye on it. If it kept using lots of oil they were gona look into it. Still 2000km to go before my next service... All ready added 2 litres. Ill be dropping it off in the new year.
My old car had 400000km on it. I nearly never had to add any oil to it.

adding 2 l between oil changes is not normal. keep a WELL documented record on when and how much you add, they wont do much if you just show up "complaining" of high oil consumption. Lucky you have noticed NOW i guess.

Just got over 48000km. I am still complaining about the oil consumption. Originally when the car was brand new after 8000km there would be almost no oil , if any on the dipstick. Now this happens every 4000km. The dealer was telling me that Nissan Canada consider this normal oil consumption.... So I asked what they would consider excessive oil consumption, no one in the service department, including the manager could answer this simple question ...
So now they are making me yet an other oil consumption test/monitoring. So I have to bring the car in every 1000km
On a side note. The car is going in tomorrow under warranty to get front and rear wheel bearings replaced, and also replacing the lower control arms.

Nissan finally decided to replace my motor... My micra is now using more than 1/2 a litre of oil every 1000km. Thats 4+ litres of oil between service. My car only has 55 000km.
The new engine should be getting here in a week or so.
