Hi, I’ve been told that there are no strutural difference between a 2016 and a 2018 Micra, and that a CURT hitch (#11453) for 2016 would fit a 2018 car. Anyone can confirm me that. And anyone knows an installer around Quebec City if I buy the hitch online. Thank you so much
