Assuming I'm still looking for lock bolts on the tierod somewhere?

Yes you are looking for that lock nut
The picture below shows you the inner tie rod and at the end of it is where the outer tie rod would be. I should be doing this as well but I don't have the tool to do my toe out yet

if you cant find the nut on the tie rod you probably shouldn't be doing an alignment.....big question WHY is the alignment so far out?....DID you bend something your not telling us about?...lol
HOW are you going to do an alignement?
Take a wheel off, on the hub towards the rear of the car you'll find the outer tie rod. The stub threaded in to it has the jam nut - loosen the jam nut. The inner tie rod has hex flats - twist the inner clockwise (toe in) - measure from known points of the mounted tires until toed in by ~1/8" from front to rear, rinse / repeat until steering wheel is straight.
