OH wow - that facelift did not go well!

Interesting, I was just on the Mexican Nissan site yesterday, and discovered the same thing!......Good to know that they still have a whole host of accessories available(though by the pricing of the March, I expect the cost for the items would be about the same) Its interesting, because when I phone around to Nissan dealers here.....they say they arent able to bring in the accessories, or not interested in bringing them in(my local dealer just shipped back all the all weather floor mats they had for the Micra....it was a bit like Monty Python's cheese shop sketch) or if they have them.....there is no discount on them whatsoever...which I thought a bit odd for a car that is no longer sold in Canada, but as the K13 is being produced in Mexico, I guess there is still a ready market for accessories there. I'd love to get some OEM 15" alloy wheels for my Micra.....and they are readily available in Mexico.....Never found the 16" ones available here particularly attractive....Thanks for giving me the heads up, though!...... https://www.nissan.com.mx/vehiculos/todos/march.html
I agree its a bit overdone.....but their "lesser" models are attractive, I thought......and many come with the 15" alloy wheels standard.....
Think I'm going to split this K13 facelift news into a new thread. It'll get more eyeballs that way.
Jalopnik also wrote a brief article about it:
Nissan Has Been Selling The Same Hatchback In Mexico For 11 Years
Learned from that vid:
- best selling car in its segment
- 3rd best selling car overall (!)
I could see people wanting to get that new rear bumper design and LED tail lights to swap on older Canadian Micras. I wonder if it's 100% plug & play.
Mucho Gracias!
It definately looks like they have tried to bring the line more into what other Nissan models look like today.....I hope they never touch the cab....for the size of the car, I dont think you can find a more spacious interior......though the "magic" rear seats from previous European models would have been a nice addition.....
