All what I would call minor issues that can happen to just about any car, it's why warranties were invented.

I'm sorry that you have had what seem to be bad times. I've had my Micra for a year and have had one, and only one issue. The windshield trim came loose at the top right side. The dealer fixed it with no fuss - and now that I am older and wiser, service means everything to me.

The service Nissan gives me is top notch and the car seems to be one of the best I've owned, however, I've never owned a Toyota. I have had an '87 Micra, '90 Ford Tempo, '91 Mercury Topaz, '99 Ford Escort, and a '95 Nissan Pathfinder. I wore all those vehicles out...300,000+kms on each.

The new Micra is awesome! The price for my SR with all the bells and whistles - including the oil change/body protection/windshield protection lifetime packages (from my dealership) along with 0% financing made this a great deal. I plan on getting my money's worth out of this car.
