For 2014, an AWD version of our facelifted K13 Micra was offered on the Japanese market, because, as quote from this article : It's a really small car for city driving, but winter conditions are so harsh in Japan that they need more traction.

The March K13 AWD is officially listed in the very serious Automobile Catalog (a must for any car-nerd)

Ground clearance seems a bit higher, but that seems to be the only visual difference in comparison with a 2WD March.

There was an AWD of the K12 Micra too!

But it takes a while before rear wheels are engaging timidely. Not to sure about the real efficiency of that system. I did not found any details about the AWD system mounted on the March. It is coupled only with a CVT transmission.
