Shark mouth

Hello friends,
I wanted to do a project on my micra,
the idea is to plasti dip the car camo green,
have all the accents black ie the mirrors spoiler and chrome, and the wheels gold.
and then i wanted to do a shark mouth on the grill.
i was most likely going to build the shark mouth, i dont see how i would be able to paint it on the lower grill where the license plate sits.

but i am looking for help, if anyone is good with photo shop i would like to see how it could turn out.
and what others think the best way to make this sharks mouth.

my inspiration is those old fighter planes.
