Bumper Cover Plastic Push In Rivets

Hey guys, was a little bored today so I followed up on another small life hack for the Micra.

Mine was missing the two centre rivets that hold the bumper cover to the rad support. I figured they may have popped out when backing through snow as my car is somewhat lower than stock Micras. Well, checking at the dealer I see that they are all missing these two fasteners! Weird.
Anyway, the parts guy at my local dealer tossed me a couple without even looking.

Just push them in by hand and you're done.

If nothing else it's a good excuse to push back taking down the Christmas lights for one more day, or whatever it is that your nagging wife/GF thinks you should be doing.

Yep, and just to be clear... all of the Micras on the lot were missing these fasteners. They are obviously supposed to be there and i'm not sure why they aren't.

I only assumed, at first, that mine had popped off due to snow (although I couldn't remember any deep snow)

I think any dealer would provide them free next time you drop in.

The pic is upside down. The black cover at top right of picture is the oil pan.

The two little plastic guys help hold the bumper cover up against the underside of rad support.
