Nissan corporate has said the same thing about the sedan going bye-bye in Canada.

Edit: Nissan cancelling Versa sedan in favour of $10,000 Micra

    Ah there we go Metro!

Isn't Con$umer Reports a US based mag? If the micra isnt down there, I dont see them evaluating it. Knowing them, they would likely say something like... "HVAC controls are easy to use, perfect and intuitive 5/5" and slam it on the Versa review. XD

Yeah, CR is in the US. I'm not sure if they have a Canadian issue.

I was just thinking out loud... "if they hated the sedan, what would they think of this..."

on cost of ownership: comparing EVs vs ICE of similar price segments, EVs cars take the cake. Even when you include battery costs, which are geared to last at least 10 years.

but that's a discussion for people with 80 000 USD to spare. For us normal folks, Versa note is perfectly capable.

The man who installed our new window said that his doughter just bought a Versa Note. She choose the Noter over the Micra because she wanted a bigger car, but she almost got a Micra. I guess for those who want a bit of a larger car but still a small car will be very happy with the Versa. I prefer the european look of the Micra over the tubular look of the Versa though.

I probably would've gone for the Note if we didn't get the Micra, but my choice was mostly because of nostalgia.

In our culture obsessed with absurd excess, the Nissan Micra is my counterculture car of choice.

I saw a nice-looking white Note going by yesterday. Knowing how similar it is to the Micra, I now look favourably on them because of my experience with the Micra.

I dunno, I personally like the micra's style over the note. I think the micra is a little more curvy. I like curves.
